Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

  Select Your Option

  Choose whether you would like to exchange your items for a different size or color, or return them for a full refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your unworn or trial-tested footwear in its original packaging.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
